Ashley M. Ivey, the owner and founder created this business
out a need she had of her own. After being debilitated by a severe case of Multiple Sclerosis, her mother brought nail technicians and hairstylists to do Ashley’s hair & nails at her home after Ashley’s chemotherapy session and hospital stays. After 10 years of Ashley fighting the disease, progressing through college and pressing to get her physical therapy license to help others, Ashley decided to launch In the Nick of Time to provide the same service she received to others.
Ashley has her license as a Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive experience in neurological disorders such as MS, Parkinson’s, and Strokes. Ashley started an Outpatient Physical Therapy Center with I-CARE Home Health Care focused on neurological disorders in 2011 and expanded it to a Health & Wellness Center in 2012. Ashley has spoken at multiple organizations such as church affiliations, and non-profits.
