In The Nick of Time: The Elite Mobile Salon & Spa brings salon and spa stylists and services to clients, wherever they are: home, hospital, hotel, events, weddings and workplaces! Stylists, barbers and massage therapists bring all supplies and equipment to provide hair care, nail care, massage, makeup, eyelash extensions, facials, waxing, and spray tanning wherever clients are. In the Nick of Time is totally mobile and does not have a brick and mortar salon or have a bus where clients come in; stylists meet clients right where they are.

is the first of its kind providing these services to not only high end clients that love the convenience, but also to the everyday busy client who enjoys on call services and also to ill and homebound clients who need a pick me up during a down time. On the website inthenickoftimespa.com clients pick their own stylist/barber/massage therapist, browse their portfolio, and book right from the website! In the Nick of Time is in the process of launching a mobile app in both the Google and Apple store which will give even easier functionality for clients to pick and book their stylist/barber/massage therapist. In the Nick of Time provides services to Virginia, Maryland and DC.

out a need she had of her own. After being debilitated by a severe case of Multiple Sclerosis, her mother brought nail technicians and hairstylists to do Ashley’s hair & nails at her home after Ashley’s chemotherapy session and hospital stays. After 10 years of Ashley fighting the disease, progressing through college and pressing to get her physical therapy license to help others, Ashley decided to launch In the Nick of Time to provide the same service she received to others.
Ashley has her license as a Physical Therapist Assistant with extensive experience in neurological disorders such as MS, Parkinson’s, and Strokes. Ashley started an Outpatient Physical Therapy Center with I-CARE Home Health Care focused on neurological disorders in 2011 and expanded it to a Health & Wellness Center in 2012. Ashley has spoken at multiple organizations such as church affiliations, and non-profits.

Yes you may! Coloring your hair while pregnant is not a problem at all provided you seek professional guidance first. You can use ammonia free hair color products as well as highlight your hair, but being careful not to apply color to your scalp.

Things to remember!

– Use ammonia- free base/ semi permanent or all natural hair dye like Henna
– Test a strand first
– Do this in open space, properly ventilated
– Better to be in done after 1st trimester
