In The Nick of Time: The Elite Mobile Salon & Spa gives clients access to salon & spa professionals who specialize in providing services to clients, wherever they are: home, hospital, hotel, events, weddings and workplaces! Stylists, barbers and massage therapists bring all supplies and equipment to provide hair care, nail care, massage, makeup, eyelash extensions, facials, and waxing services wherever clients are.

Find your stylist, massage therapist or barber by using the drop down feature to input your desired service(s) and the location services will be rendered. A professional technician that is able to provide your desired services in your area will appear in your search results!


Each technician has their own profile, with their own service and travel prices. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your reservation request. The technician will either accept or decline your request. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail notification and link to pay for services to complete your reservation. 


“Me” time is hard to find, luxury made easy, In the Nick of Time! Your stylist, massage therapist or barber will arrive on the confirmed date and time with all supplies and equipment to provide services. Technicians wear masks and take sanitary precautions.


In the Nick of Time provides clients access to top professional beauty and wellness professionals that travel to client’s locations. We do not have any brick and mortar salons. 

 All technicians on our site are independent technicians, vetted and hand-picked. They have their own supplies, equipment and decide what services they want to offer and what locations they are willing to travel to.

Each technician chooses where they want to travel. We are not able to mandate every technician on our site to go everywhere. Our overall areas are Northern Virginia, DC, and Southern Maryland.

If there is not a travel fee for that particular technician, that means they do not travel to that area. 

Technicians require a travel fee due to travel expenses, tolls, added time necessary for travel etc. 

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Our stylists and massage therapists can take cash tips. These tips are fully recorded.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must address it with the technician while they are still at your location so they can try to rectify the situation. If a resolution cannot be met, you must notify the technician of your dissatisfaction, take pictures of the issue and submit to Read our policies regarding refunds. 


All technicians have the option to accept or decline clients. Declines sometimes happen because the technician is booked on that day or the client does not add a travel fee, or has requested a location outside of their travel area. 

Technicians typically respond fairly quickly to booking requests. However since they are providing services all day, it may take a couple of hours or even a day or so to hear a response. If you have questions email is at

When the stylist confirms your appointment, you will receive an e-mail notification and link to submit payment. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the email confirmation, your appointment slot with be forfeited
